If you purchase any paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We may use third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. We are not responsible for any errors or disputes related to third-party processing.

Refund policies, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We don’t control those third parties and aren’t responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Visiting those sites is at your own risk.

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BalancedAF Bookkeeping and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above. If changes are material, we may notify you by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
